Serkonsül, the European Side representative of Fahri Konsolos, which I have been visiting happily for years, stands out for its elegant, airy interior. I particularly like the way the cocktails here are served with their own edible accompaniments. Emir Ali Enç has let his creativity speak once again. This branch also puts on various events and workshops. At the cocktail workshop I joined I was very happy to get the chance to learn, in detail, how one of my favourite cocktails, the Mardini, is made.
