Ömür Akkor has put his signature to Otto Bite, a place whose concept brings a breath of fresh air not only to Mall of İstanbul but to the whole of İstanbul. Reworking the traditional helva culture through modern interpretations, it blends the sweets we all know with a good deal of creativity and offers something quite different. Chef Kübra Yaman's mastery, especially with pastry, is what stands out. The pastırma croissant is one of those things you really have to try. With a glass of Turkish tea alongside, the pleasure doubles. While you are here, you could also have a meal beforehand at Natolia.
