YouMe is the address of one of the best smash burgers I have eaten. They cook the patty exactly as it should be, searing it over a high heat and crisping up the edges. You really must try the Oklahoma-style onion burger in particular. The buns are wonderfully soft and the fries properly crisp. The fries made with smoked salt and rosemary are a flavour you will not find everywhere. The sauces are quite original too, and go very well with the fries.
