Uzay Pastanesi is one of the best-quality patisserie chains in Bursa. You can come here at any hour of the day and eat your fill of its singular flavours. Alongside the serpme kahvaltı I would strongly suggest trying their lemonade. My favourite among the cakes is the white chocolate babaroski. If you are not a crowd you can also go for the beberoski, the single-portion mini version. In the summer months a scoop of vanilla ice cream goes very well with their raspberry cheesecake.
