Set in Şişli, one of the districts of İstanbul with a multicultural neighbourhood past, Üstün Palmie has been serving at the same quality since 1970. This historic patisserie, which works as a bridge between cultures, never lets the paskalya çöreği that Christians eat at their religious holidays run out on its shelves, offering it up for everyone to enjoy.
