Tola Restaurant, which brings a fresh breath to Bursa, is an enjoyable address for dinner with its original menu and the quality of its service. I liked that they focus on presentation without giving anything away on flavour. I should say from the outset that there is heavy use of cheese on the menu. As someone who loves beetroot, I found the “Pancarın Halleri” plate very successful indeed; you get to experience beetroot in four different forms. Among the warm starters, the octopus was one of the softest I have eaten to this day. The keşkek with duck is a rather creative interpretation too. The red meats among the main courses were generally good, but for a sweet close my recommendation is definitely the "Süt Helva Frigo". With white chocolate and forest fruits they have added a wonderful touch to a traditional Bursa flavour.
