The Vault, which sits inside The Marmorosch, one of the loveliest hotels in the city, offers a cocktail experience quite unlike any other. As the name says, this bar is an old bank vault, and its atmosphere casts a spell over everyone who visits. It has cocktails of its own, but in terms of flavour I think it comes into its own with the classics, and with the negroni in particular.
