The Beach of Momo, which brings entertainment and gastronomy together, is one of the most special beaches in Çeşme. The menu is renewed every season and offers creative plates that go beyond the classic beach kitchen. My own favourites are the beef tataki, the grilled baby squid, the prawn iceberg taco and the aubergine & courgette tempura. Each of them stands out for the quality of its ingredients and its balance of flavour. The concerts that run all summer long come with one lovely cocktail after another, and the Kenan Doğulu night in particular is one of those events not to be missed each summer. My favourite cocktail here is the White Peach, a refreshing summer classic made with Twins Cocktail Lab.'s own blend. The summer-night restaurant Sobremesa offers something else entirely. The quality of the ingredients comes to the fore here too, and the lemon and prawn pasta in particular was one of the tastiest plates of pasta I have ever eaten.
