Terramur is among my favourite restaurants in Alaçatı not only for the quality of its seafood, but for its atmosphere and its service as well. The place has mezes of its own. Courgette with flaked almonds is a meze you will not find everywhere. The touch of cumin works very well. When the İstanbul salad and their seeded bread come together you may find you have eaten rather too much bread… For me the star here is the baby squid. I do not think I have eaten better anywhere in Turkey. The lobster pasta crowns the meal nicely too. Afterwards you really must try the dessert called balbadem. Caramel and ice cream make a wonderful finale after a meal built around seafood.
