Kaan Yarman's programme "Hesap Lütfen" was how I came across Tatlım Anna, and I would say it is one of the best profiterole makers in the city. The detail that makes it distinctive is the sauce made with dark Belgian chocolate, and the white chocolate used in place of butter in the pastry cream.
