Tarihi Taş Fırın is one of the best places to eat tahanlı (tahinli), one of the first things that comes to my mind when I think of Bursa. It is also famous for its wonderfully crisp simit. And the pleasure of dipping the simit into the tahanlı is beyond price. There is a queue at every hour of the day, but it is worth the wait. In summer you can move out to the courtyard and in winter to the çay ocağı next door, order a tea and add a little more pleasure to the pleasure.
