SW is one of the best steakhouses I have been to, and it gave me an unforgettable experience from beginning to end. While the world-famous chains in Las Vegas left me disappointed, at SW, which has only two branches worldwide, the taste of everything I ate stayed with me. Even the salad was good enough to compete with the meat. The largest plate of bone marrow I have eaten in my life was here as well. My mouth still waters when I think about that plate, served with focaccia and blackberry jam... On the meat side, the stars of the night were the ribeye and the wagyu.
