Supernormal Burger, one of my favourite burger places, is seriously ambitious when it comes to the smash burger. When its generously buttered bun meets that crisp-edged patty, what comes out of it is unforgettable. The sauces are just as ambitious, and the house sauce in particular is one of those things you have to try. Now for the most original detail: they fry their chips in peanut oil. That gives them a far deeper flavour.
