Story Coffee & Roastery is one of İstanbul's hidden gems. It may be a coffee shop, but the real star of the menu is the carrot cake. Generous with the cream, dense in texture, the sugar balance exactly right. I could happily eat it at any hour of the day. Thanks to Sinem Demircioğlu for the recommendation.
