Souper, for years one of my favourite soup places in the city, stands out for the sheer range of what it makes. You can find soup from every corner of Türkiye here, but my favourite is the chicken broth. The addition of turmeric carries the flavour up another level. And the taste of the yoghurt in its earthenware pot is something else again.
