At Six by Nico, where the menu changes every six weeks, I tried the one called Trust. In this trust-themed experience the menu card arrives blank, and as you eat you fill it in yourself, then go through it with the service team at the very end. If you trust your palate and want to develop your knowledge of food, you really should try this place.
