Serving one of the loveliest versions of Sinop mantı in İstanbul, Sinopia Mantı Evi gives its guests an enjoyable time with paper-thin dough and generously filled mantı. The owner, Sevinç Kışlaklı, says the secret of the flavour is melting the butter over the walnuts, so that the oil of the walnuts runs into the dish as well and enriches its taste.
