Saltator is one of those addresses I regret taking so long to discover, and it serves the most ambitious seafood in the city. From the mezes to the hot starters you can see an original touch on every plate, and I am certain you will not find seafood starters like the balık köftesi or the levrek simit anywhere else. On Fridays they also make an octopus kokoreç. For a main I would recommend the fener kavurma with my eyes closed, and afterwards do not forget to try the kabak tatlısı. 2026 Michelin Young Chef Award winner Duru Akgül is further proof that the success here is certainly no accident.
