Sadelle's is at the top of the list of places I would recommend for brunch in Las Vegas. The Bellagio Hotel is home to this place, and it greets you with enormous portions. The set breakfast, where you build your own bagel sandwich, has everything you could ask for; do not forget to add avocado alongside. The best "French Toast" I ate on the whole trip was here. Crisp outside and soft within, it has a texture like a cloud.
