I celebrated my 26th birthday at Rutz and the flavours are still with me. When a green star is added on top of three Michelin stars, I would say things get considerably more interesting. Every plate on the Nature & Aroma menu was intriguing in its own way, but my favourite was the seafood-themed dish signed by chef Marco Müller, Scallop Flavors & Kale.
