Rausch Schokoladenhaus is not like the chocolate shops you know, and the moment you step inside you are met by a dense smell of chocolate. Inside there are sculptures and buildings made of real chocolate. So you could just as easily think of it as a miniature chocolate museum. Here you can try the dessert in which the Germans' famous tree cake (baumkuchen) meets Rasuch chocolate, and pick some up for the people you love as well.
