Frozen yogurt, a healthier alternative sitting somewhere between ice cream and yoghurt, makes for a light dessert to suit every palate thanks to all the different toppings you can add on top. Because it is churned constantly in a soft serve machine and frozen at a low temperature, micro ice crystals form; that in turn gives the dessert a far creamier, softer consistency. There are other flavours at Pinkberry, but my choice is always the original. And on top, my picks are the lemon crunch balls, the crispy crêpe and the chocolate puffed rice.
