Pasto is one of those boutique bakeries in Bursa that puts bread in the leading role. Alongside the classic loaves it has a wide range made with different grains and special recipes. Every bread has its own character and texture. My favourite was the Karma Tahıl, which brings together wholewheat, durum wheat, rye, einkorn and barley malt. With its deep aroma, moist crumb and crisp crust, it is a loaf you can happily eat on its own or with a meal.
