Octo's karidesli kuskus, one of its signature plates, comes from Orijin Trakya Gıda, who make not only couscous but more than 40 additive-free, natural products. I use all of them at home, from the sweet to the savoury, and I recommend every one of them with a clear conscience. I have a lot of admiration for Selin Çıtak and the whole Orijin Trakya Gıda team, who work to lift up their region and to introduce these values to the whole of Turkey.
