At its new, drinks-focused branch, Nove has made room for some original recipes too. As someone who likes trying new formulas with matcha, I liked the matcha affogato a great deal. Thanks to the sweetness of the ice cream, the result is a very balanced taste. Though I do think this one could just as well have been called a “Matchagato” :)
