Neolokal, which I first visited at the invitation of the Michelin 3xplorer Club, is a restaurant that impressed me not only with its flavours and presentation but with its vision. Seeing an element on every plate that supports women producers was one of the details that made me happy while eating there. Choosing a favourite plate from the tasting menu is difficult, but I cannot forget the morel mantı. Given that they use even the skin of the mushroom, their green star from Michelin should come as no surprise. The box of sweets handed over at the end of the meal lets you carry the experience on at home the following day.
