As a cheese lover, Napoli Antica is one of the brands I buy most often for home, offering a genuinely Italian experience with its artisan cheeses. By visiting the production site in Beşiktaş you can see the cheeses being made and matured up close, and do your shopping directly from the producer. My own favourite is Silano, made with cow's or buffalo's milk. Tied at the joints and matured hanging, this cheese gains its distinctive texture and aroma during that process. Whether melting on a pizza or on its own on a charcuterie board, it is one of my favourites in every form.
