Mutfak Sanatları Merkezi was one of the most impressive stops on my visit to Antep. It is one of the three establishments from Gaziantep to earn a place in the Gault & Millau guide in 2024. Chef Doğa Çitçi is quite determined to carry traditional flavours into the future.
