Arda Türkmen's Mükellef has one of the best views in the city. Since you can see İstanbul's landmarks from both faces of the restaurant, whichever table you end up at you eat your meal with a lovely view in front of you. The range of mezes and hot starters here is generous. This is a place with ambitions in both red meat and seafood, and I would urge you to try the crab güveç and the şaşlık in vine leaves, as I do not think you will find them anywhere else. I also very much liked their take on hummus with pastırma crisps.
