Min Mutfak offers its guests an enjoyable experience with a menu that is minimal but full of flavour. They only make pasta here, but they make it beautifully. The nice part is that after your meal you can take home some very fresh pasta and their handmade sauces too. The chestnut soup, which is on the menu for only a few weeks of the year, is one of those things you have to try. Thanks to Fatih Küce for the recommendation.
