Merkez Lokantası is one of the oldest lokantas in Ankara. Here I had the chance to taste tandır çorbası, which I had never tried before. You can think of it as a version of işkembe çorbası without the offal. It is both filling and restorative. A taste that has become a classic, one you can drink in summer or winter alike.
