Sharing a site with the Yedi Bilgeler vineyards, Mayadan served food well above what I had expected. I think this place stands out for its cold starters, its salads and its baked goods rather than for its main courses. The sourdough pide with kokoreç was one of the most original pides I have eaten to date. Once the wines from 7 Bilgeler join these plates as well, the result is an unforgettable meal.
