Maxzi

Maxzi has made a name for itself in the gastronomy world with chocolate-fed Japanese beef, and serves flavour-packed cuts at various spots across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The chimichurri that comes alongside the meat carries the pleasure of the meal to a completely different level. Maxzi opened something like a new chapter in wagyu for me, and its slider burgers are very good too. On Allconfit's recommendation I had the meat cooked no further than it needed, and that gave me the best possible experience. I would also urge you to try the freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices.
