Mathilda's Cocktail Bar has held its place among my favourite cocktail bars for years, and what sets it apart is a legendary cocktail called Galata, made with white chocolate. Alongside the Kadıköy branch, Mathilda's opened its doors in Etiler in 2025 as well, and with its original menu and its atmosphere it now has both sides of the city under its spell. The cocktails here appeal not only to your palate but, in the way they look, to your eyes too.
