You no longer need to go to Madrid to eat a calamari sandwich. Masal Kokoreç has brought it right to our doorstep. This was one of the best squid I have eaten in a long time. The outside is crisp exactly as it should be and has not soaked up any oil, while the inside stays soft. Inside a crisp baguette, meeting a generously garlicky tarator sauce, it comes out genuinely well balanced.
