Mahallemin Ekmeği uses sourdough starter in all its breads and turns out warm, fresh loaves at every hour of the day. There is all sorts here, with seeds, with walnuts, with tomato, with olives, but my first choice is the classic köy ekmeği. A toastie made with their bread and the cheeses from Antre Gourmet tastes like something else entirely.
