Lipa brings Bosnian cooking to our doorstep, and between the setting and the regional dishes it makes an enjoyable address for dinner. The beef rested in rock salt and smoked over an oak fire, the pickled peppers with cream (soka) and the Bosnian mantı are all things I would recommend with my eyes shut. The Bosnian mantı takes around 40–50 minutes to arrive, so I would order it the moment you sit down, and book a table even on a weekday. The apricot rakı they bring at the end of the meal rounds off the evening beautifully.
