One of the most elegant restaurants in Monte Carlo and among the world's ten best in 2023, Le Louis XV stands out for service that is both extremely accomplished and centred on the guest. The most impressive plate on the Agape tasting menu, signed by Alain Ducasse, is the sea urchin served in its own shell. Like a good many three Michelin star French restaurants, it deals in rich flavours that will not be to everyone's taste.
