Le Greche sets the bar remarkably high for ice cream, and serves a few of the most original flavours I have tried to date. The sandwich I ordered on Onur Ziya Demir's recommendation, made with chocolate and ricotta ice cream inside a brioche, ranks among the best desserts I have ever eaten. Whoever came up with adding bergamot and Aperol to ricotta ice cream deserves real credit.
