Konak is one of the most long-established restaurants in Hatay, and the taste of the meal we ate there as a family is still with me. To my mind the çiğ köfte, served with minced meat, is the house signature. Sadly Konak was destroyed in the terrible earthquake of 2023. I am waiting hopefully for the day it opens again.
