Kolburano's is not only a fine representative of Italian cooking; it is also an address that stands out for its lovely view and its cheerful service. The broad menu and the salads full of aroma genuinely deserve the praise. But the most surprising and daring move here is the kokoreç pizza! And the kokoreç comes from Asım Usta… With that unusual choice of ingredient they have given classic Italian flavours a local touch, and to my mind the result is wonderful. Do not forget to add the spicy olive oil to your pizza.
