KLAY is one of the addresses I would recommend to anyone in the Dubai Mall after a stop that is quick, filling and, most importantly, good. The place has a menu of its own, and they have built a heavily sauced smash burger inside paratha, one of the great breads of South Asian cooking. Thanks to the thickness of the dough the sauce is never a nuisance. Alongside it comes karak, a milky, spiced tea, which goes surprisingly well when it is served cold over ice.
