Kebapçı Ömer was where I went the moment I landed in Gaziantep, and I suspect it will be that way from now on. Onur Ziya Demir put me on to it, and I can say I ate the best ciğer kavurma of my life here. The liver never lasts into the afternoon, so I would suggest going in the morning.
