With its pleasant garden and its accomplished kitchen, Kasap Fuat is one of Çeşme’s hidden gems. The beyti in particular, made with lamb and beef together, is one of the most successful versions I have eaten. Another good thing about the restaurant is that you can buy their products raw or cooked. I take their köfte home in particular. Cooked in an air fryer the outside browns nicely while the inside stays juicy.
