Most people know Karagöz Baklava only as a baklava shop, but you can also order a whole tray of börek. Their cheese su böreği, made with baklava pastry, is among the most successful I have eaten to date. At any time of year I keep a few pieces in my fridge. Warmed through in the oven it comes back as crisp and as good as on the first day.
