One of my favourite industrial-estate food stops, Kaburgacı Cabbar is somewhere I call in on whenever my road takes me through Atatürk Oto Sanayi. There are plenty of good places in the area, but when it comes to meat I think this one sits somewhere apart. The kaburga çöp şiş in particular is one of the best I have eaten to date. With their frothy ayran alongside it, it makes for a thoroughly enjoyable meal.
