İnkase

Rehberin Notları

With plates that are as balanced as they are filling, İnkase is one of the lunch addresses I come back to most often in the city. There is something on the menu for every palate and every kind of diet. To start, the prawn spring roll wrapped in rice paper is one of my favourites. The mücver made with beetroot and walnut is, in both its texture and its balance of flavour, one of the most original vegetable dishes I have eaten. For the main I went for the teriyaki salmon with vegetable noodles, and it was better than what many Far Eastern restaurants manage. Being able to customise every dish on the menu however you like is only one of the details that make the place more special for me.
