Of the three İnari Omakase branches I have been to, this one turned out to be my favourite. I found the atmosphere airier and livelier than at the others. The food is genuinely very good; I liked everything I tried. For udon in particular it is one of the few places in İstanbul worth knowing about. Being at the pairing evening they put on with The Townhouse was a real pleasure too.
