İmam Çağdaş

Rehberin Notları

To be honest, I was a little prejudiced walking into somewhere that had become this popular. İmam Çağdaş knocked every one of those prejudices down from the moment I stepped through the door. Busy as it is, it is a spotless, airy place. There is nothing to be said against the speed or the attention. I ate the best lahmacun in the city here. If you are travelling back the same day, I would suggest taking some lahmacun away with you as well. You can keep it in the freezer for three months. The ali nazik, meanwhile, joined the list of things I have not been able to forget. After the meal, do not forget to have baklava and then a zahter to settle your stomach. Thanks to my friends Onur Kuşaksızoğlu and İrem Sertelli Kuşaksızoğlu for the recommendations.
