Hebun holds the widest range of soups I have ever come across, and after its branch on the European side it now serves on the Anatolian side too. From vegetable to meat, hot to cold, there is a soup here to suit every season and every palate. I very much liked the chicken and orzo soup, otherwise known as çoban aşı. The balance between portion and price is also rather good by today's standards. The soup arrives quickly, but I would strongly recommend trying the içli köfte and the salted yoghurt beforehand.
